This policy explains what personal information TNAADO Labs collects when you visit tnaado.com, contact the studio, or use one of our applications, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and a human will write back.
“TNAADO Labs” refers to TNAADO Labs, Inc., an app studio and platform operator headquartered in Miami. We act as the controller of the information described on this page. Each application we operate — Mr. Syn, Gesture Beats, Wildin Entertainment, Mr. Indecisive — has its own in-product privacy surface that extends, rather than replaces, this document.
On the marketing site we keep the footprint small on purpose. We log request metadata our hosting provider needs to serve the page — IP address, user agent, timestamp, the URL you asked for, and the URL that referred you. If you submit a form we keep the fields you typed. If you email us we keep the email. If you create a studio account we keep the identifiers required to operate your account.
We do not buy personal data, enrich visitors from third-party brokers, or run browser fingerprinting to defeat incognito mode.
Request metadata is used to operate the site, measure performance, and investigate abuse. Form and email content is used to answer you. Account data is used to run the account. Aggregate counts — page views, click-through rates, active users — inform how we prioritise the roadmap. We do not sell your data, rent it, or expose it to advertisers.
The marketing site sets a minimum set of functional cookies — the ones required to keep the page working, preserve language preferences, and remember that you have seen notices like this one. A separate analytics cookie is set only if you consent via our in-page banner. Our cookies page lists each one.
Site hosting runs on Vercel's US edge. Form and account storage runs on Supabase instances in the United States. Email relay runs through Resend. Each of those vendors is under a written data-processing agreement that matches the commitments in this policy. If you are in a jurisdiction that requires cross-border transfer safeguards, we rely on the standard contractual clauses our processors publish.
Request logs roll off after thirty days. Email threads are kept as long as the relationship warrants — if you ask us to delete a thread, we will. Account data stays live while the account is open and is deleted on request within thirty days of closure, except for records we must keep for tax or dispute-resolution purposes.
You can ask us for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are covered by the GDPR, UK GDPR, CPRA, PIPEDA, or similar regulation, you have the statutory rights that come with those frameworks. To exercise any of them, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy request” and enough detail to identify the account or thread you are asking about. We will acknowledge within seven days and respond within thirty.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.
When we change this policy in a way that materially affects what we collect or what we do with it, we will note the change at the top of this page and, for account holders, email a short summary. The date at the top of this document is the effective date of the current version.
Questions and requests both go to [email protected]. If you prefer paper, mail to TNAADO Labs, Inc., 777 Brickell Avenue, Miami, FL 33131, United States.
