Terms of service

Effective April 23, 2026

These terms cover your use of tnaado.com, the applications TNAADO Labs operates, and the platform underneath them. By using any of it you accept what is written below. If something is not workable for you, write to [email protected] before you rely on the service — we would rather address it up front than litigate it later.

1. Who is on the other side

“We”, “us”, and “the studio” mean TNAADO Labs, Inc. “The service” means the marketing site, the studio applications, and the platform infrastructure we operate. “You” means the individual using the service, or the company you represent if you are using it on behalf of one.

2. Accounts

Some parts of the service require an account. Keep your credentials private. You are responsible for what happens under your login, and if you notice something you did not do, tell us. We may suspend or close an account if it is being used in a way that puts the service, other tenants, or us in legal or operational jeopardy.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, harass people, ship malware, spam, scrape at a rate that degrades the system for others, probe for vulnerabilities outside of a published disclosure programme, infringe somebody else's rights, or impersonate another person. Do not use the service to train a model on other tenants' data. The rest is common sense; if the question is whether something is acceptable, ask us.

4. Your content

What you put into the service stays yours. You grant us the limited licence required to host it, display it back to you and the people you share it with, and process it in the ways you configure. We do not claim any other right over your content, and we will not use it to train anybody's model. If you delete it, we delete it — subject to the retention rules in our privacy policy.

5. Our content

The site's design, code, copy, and brand marks are ours. You can view them, share links to them, and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. You cannot re-host them wholesale, strip the branding, or pretend to be us. If you want to use something in a larger commercial or editorial context, ask first.

6. Paid plans

Paid plans, where offered, charge in advance on a monthly or annual cadence in the currency shown at checkout. We will tell you before a price changes. Taxes are added where we are required to collect them. Cancel any time — your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not issue partial refunds except where required by law or at the studio's discretion when the service was materially unavailable.

7. Availability

We operate the service with reasonable care and keep it online as consistently as modern cloud infrastructure allows. We will post maintenance notices, investigate incidents, and publish post-mortems on anything significant. We do not guarantee zero downtime, and we do not guarantee the service will always do exactly what you wish it did. Customers on a commercial agreement with a specific SLA have that SLA as the governing document for uptime commitments.

8. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow all of those exclusions; in that case, the exclusion applies to the maximum extent the law allows.

9. Limit of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNAADO Labs's total liability to you for anything arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, even if we have been told they are possible. Nothing in this clause excludes a liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We can close your access if you materially breach these terms and do not cure the breach within fifteen days after we tell you about it, or immediately if the breach is of the acceptable-use or payment clauses. On termination, we stop hosting your content within a reasonable window unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts sitting in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the place you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If the change is material we will put a notice on this page and, for account holders, send a short email. Continuing to use the service after the effective date of a change means you accept the updated terms.
